Association > Manage Association - Board Member Tab


Use this page to add Board Members to an Association and to edit Board Member access and privileges.  


Board Members are elected Owners within a community that govern the community and require additional information and access to activities. Access and privileges for these users can be updated or changed at any given time. 


To Add Board Member


Step 1. Navigate to Association > Manage Association 


Step 2. Use the Search fields to locate the correct Association. 


Step 3. Click the Pencil icon to open the record. 



Step 4. Select the Board Members Tab

Step 5. Select the Plus sign icon. 



Step 6. Enter data in the Association Group window. 


  • Group  and Association- These fields will auto-populate.


  • Contact - Select the correct Owner from the drop-down menu. 


  • Position -  Select the correct Board position from the drop-down menu.


  • Notes - Add additional notes if needed. 


  • Enable Invoice Approval - Check this box if this Board Member should have Invoice Approval abilities. 


  • Invoice Approval - The section of where this board member's approval will appear on the corresponding association.


  • Start Date - The beginning date of the user's access to the board. If this is a newly elected Board member, choose the date of election. 


  • End Date - The end date of this user's access to the board. Select the end of the Members term. 


  • Board Certification - The checkbox enables this user to have board certification.


  • Certification Date - This would be the date of the board certification of when they are given these permissions






Edit Existing Board Members


Step 1. Navigate to Association > Manage Association 


Step 2. Use the Search fields to locate the correct Association. 


Step 3. Click the Pencil icon to open the record. 



Step 4. Select the Board Members Tab.


Step 5. Select the Book icon to open the record to make necessary changes. 


Step 6. Click the Save button to update the record.




Delete Existing Board Members


Step 1. Navigate to Association > Manage Association 


Step 2. Use the Search fields to locate the correct Association. 


Step 3. Click the Pencil icon to open the record. 



Step 4. Select the Board Members Tab.


Step 5. Select the Trash icon to Delete the record
