Activities > Assets > Manage Asset 


Use this page to create/manage Association assets within uManage.



An asset is a tangible resource owned by the Association, such as buildings, playground equipment, golf carts etc…


To Add a New Asset


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Assets > Manage Asset. 

 

Step 2. Select Add Asset from the Page Actions drop down menu. 



Step 3. Complete the fields in the Asset window.


  • Association- Select the correct Association from the drop down menu. 


  • Name- Enter a name for the asset. 


  • Type- Select the correct asset Type from the drop down menu. 


  • Description- Enter a Description for the asset. 


  • Manufacturer- Enter the Manufacturer name for the asset. 


  • Model Number- Enter the Model Number for the asset, if applicable. 


  • Serial Number- Enter the Serial Number for the asset, if applicable.


  • Location- Enter the location of the asset, if applicable. 


  • Original Cost- Enter the cost of the asset. 


  • Replacement Cost- Enter the replacement cost. 


  • Purchase Date- Enter the purchase date. 


  • Warranty Expiration Date- Enter the Warranty Expiration date. 


  • Installer- Enter the Installer information. 


  • Install Date- Enter the installation date. 


  • Note- Enter any important notes. 


  • Next Maintenance Date- Enter the next maintenance date, if applicable. 




Edit an Asset


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Assets > Manage Asset. 

 

Step 2. Use the Search filters to locate the Asset you need to edit. 


Step 3. Click the Pencil icon to open the record and make any necessary changes. 



Step 4. Click the Save button to update the record. 




Delete an Asset


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Assets > Manage Asset. 

 

Step 2. Use the Search filters to locate the Asset you need to delete.


Step 3. Click the Trash icon to delete the Asset.



Step 4. Click Confirm in the pop up confirmation window.
