Use this page to view details of deposits from third party payment service providers such as ClickPay or Zego. 


Search Filters


Use the Search Filters to locate the Deposit(s) you want to view. 


  • Association- Select an Association from the drop down menu to limit results to a single association.

  • Provider- If you’re using more than one payment provider, you can select a provider from the drop down menu to limit your results. 

  • Status- Select Processed or Not Processed from the drop down menu. 

  • Start/End Date- Enter a Date range to limit results by date. 



Page Details


  • Association- The Association is listed in this column. 

  • Provider- The third party provider name. 

  • Account Number- This column lists the account number for the user, for the provider listed. 

  • Date- The date the Deposit was made. 

  • Amount- The total amount of the deposit. 

  • Total Items- How many individual payments are in the deposit. 

  • Processed- A green check circle indicates the deposit has been processed. 

  • Process Date- The date the deposit was processed. 

  • View Accounts- Click the hyperlink to view the details of the deposit.
