Learn how to get started in uManage with an introduction to the Main Menu and other page functions.



When you log in you will see the Main Menu at the top of the page that acts as an index for all of the primary functions in uManage. The Main Menu is visible and navigable from all pages and always remains at the top of your screen. Each Main Menu heading has sub menus that are easy to navigate simply by hovering your cursor over the Main Menu category.



An arrow to the right of any sub menu means there are further sub menu items available. To access the sub menu hover over the item with the arrow until another dropdown menu appears. 



NOTE- Depending on your job duties and the permissions you have been granted by your Administrator, you may not have access to all Menu items. If you need access to a function that isn’t available to you, contact your Administrator for assistance. 


To the right of the Main Menu are several other useful items, pictured below. 



The Star icon- Click this icon from any page to create a Quick Link in the Home menu for easy access to your most used pages. CLICK HERE to learn more about Quick Links



NOTE- You can manage your Quick links by navigating to Activities > My Activities > My Profile. In the Quick Links section you can easily add or remove pages simply by highlighting the page name and clicking the left or right arrow to add or remove it. 



Log In Information- This icon will take you to your User Profile



Logout Icon- This allows you to Log Out of the program from any screen.



Menu Search- Quickly search menu pages to find what you need. Enter all or part of the page name and all related pages will appear in a dropdown menu. Click the correct page to navigate directly to it.

Help Tab


On the left side of every main page is a Help Tab that includes information about the page you are on and links to our full Knowledge Base catalog and helpful related articles.
