Learn more about report generation and automation in uManage.
Reports are available for the following primary categories:
Management
Financial
Accounting
A/R
A/P
Delinquency
Each category is available directly through the Reports menu or by selecting a Tab.
Run a Report
Step 1. Navigate to Reports > (Select Category).
Step 2. Locate the report you need to run. Within each category the reports are listed in alpha order. A brief description to the right describes the content of each report.
Step 3. Click the hyperlink for the report you need.
Step 4. Complete the parameter fields in the pop up window to customize the results for your needs.
NOTE- Available fields will vary depending on the report selected.
Step 5. Click the Show Report button to generate your report.
Edit Parameters
After running a report, if you would like to see the same report but with different parameters (such as a different Association or Account), you can easily make those changes and rerun the report without starting over.
Click the Show Parameters Tab on the left side of the screen.
This will open the Parameters window and allow you to make changes and rerun the report.
Report Packages and Subscriptions
Reports can also be saved with set parameters and combined into a Subscriptions. To learn more about these options, click the links below.
