This page displays the settings associated with the user account.
Use this page to view or update User Profile information.
View or Edit My Profile
Step 1. Navigate to Activities > My Activities > My Profile or select the hyperlink at the top of the page.
Step 2. View or edit information in the My Profile window.
User Data Section
User Name - The name of the user account. This username is also used to login
Name - Legal name of the person associated with the account
Credentials - Ranking of the user within the association
Title - Official title of the user within the association
Initials - Initials of the account user
Phone Number - Phone number of the account user
Email - Email address of the account user
SMS Email - Text message email address to enable SMS notifications
Site Static Width - This setting adapts the pixel resolution on the account page
Timezone - Time zone associated with the user's account
Find Account Note Default Source - The corresponding association activity
Report Output format - The default format to output the report
Upload Signature - Option for the user to upload their signature
Quicklinks - These are user-selected favorites to create easier access to commonly used areas. Select pages from the dropdown menu to add them to your Quicklinks menu.
Association Access- Select all Associations for this User from the dropdown menu.
Task Notification Section
Use this section to change the way you are notified about assigned Tasks.
Step 1. Select the Add Notification hyperlink
Step 2. Use the drop down menus to set Notification parameters for all types of Tasks.
Step 3. Click the Save button to finalize your changes.
Email Signature Section
Use this area to create a new Signature or change or update your Signature for emails sent through the system.
Step 3. When all changes have been made, click the update button to save them.
