Use this page to create and manage personal Tasks.




A task is a user-defined subject to be completed in a given time frame. The Task function assists staff members in maintaining an up-to-date record of the status of their assigned duties for each Association.  These features can also be toggled to provide notifications when a task needs to be completed. 


Add Task to My Tasks


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > My Activities > My Task.


Step 2. Select the Add Item button.



Overview Tab - Task Section


  • Title- Enter a Title for your Task.


  • Assigned To- Select the person who will be responsible for this Task from the dropdown menu.


  • Association- Select the correct Association from the dropdown menu. 


  • Account- If this Task relates to an Owner, select the account from the dropdown menu. 


  • Status- Select the correct Status from the dropdown menu.


  • Completion Date- Enter the date when the Task is completed. 


  • Start Date- Enter the date when the Task is started. 


  • Due Date- Enter the required completion date. 


  • Calendar Displays as- Select the way you want your Calendar to display your Tasks. 


  • Board Task- Select if the item is a Task the Board or a Board member needs to complete. 


  • Board Meeting- Select if the Task requires a Board meeting to complete. 


  • Type- Select the correct Type from the drop down menu. 


  • Priority- Prioritize the Task from the drop down menu.


  • % Complete- Select the percentage complete from the drop down menu. 


  • Description- Enter a Description of the Task.

 

Overview Tab - Attachments Section


Use this section to upload any related documents for easy access. 



Recurrence Tab- Use this section to create a recurring Task. Check the Use Recurrence box and enter further details on when and how often and for how long the Task should reoccur. 



Step 3. Click the Save button to finalize the Task.




Edit Existing Tasks


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > My Activities > My Task.


Step 2. Use the Search filters to find the Task you need to edit. 



Step 3. Click the Pencil icon to open the Task. 



Step 4. Make required changes. 



Step 5. Click the Save button to finalize the changes.
