Use the Manage Fulfillment Batch page to manage and view the status of print jobs sent to fulfillment.  


 The following activities can be performed on this page:


  • View Fulfillment Status

  • View Fulfillment Batch details

  • View Fulfillment Zip File

  • Update Fulfillment Status



View Fulfillment Status


Step 1. Navigate to Process > Manage Fulfillment Batch.

 

Step 2. Use the Search Filters to locate the Batch you want to View.



Step 3. The Status column shows the fulfillment status of the particular batch.  


The fulfillment statuses are:

  • Success - the batch was successfully sent to fulfillment

  • Deleted - the batch was deleted after being sent to fulfillment. 

  • Fail - the batch was not received by fulfillment due to an error in the data (for example an incomplete mailing address). After correcting the data, the batch can be re-sent by clicking the Edit icon and clicking the ReSend button.




View Fulfillment Batch Details


Step 1. Navigate to Process > Manage Fulfillment Batch.

 

Step 2. Use the Search Filters to locate the Batch you want to Update.



Step 3. Click the Pencil icon to open the record. 

 


Step 4. Click the Detail Tab.


Step 5. View information about the Batch in the Detail window. 


  • File Name - Click the hyperlink to download and view the files sent to fulfillment. 

  • Recipient - Indicates the recipient's address for each piece of mail to be delivered.

  • Document - Click the document link to view the document that was mailed.

  • Certified/Reg - Indicates if the document was sent via Certified or Regular mail.

  • Tracking ID - Click the hyperlink to view the latest USPS tracking information.

  • Status - Indicates the date and time the item was mailed. 

  • Signature File - Click the hyperlink to view the signature on the Returned Receipt from USPS.



View Fulfillment Zip File - The Zip file contains the individual PDFs along with a control file (Excel document) containing the individual delivery details for each letter in the batch.

Step 1. Navigate to Process > Manage Fulfillment Batch.

 

Step 2. Use the Search Filters to locate the Batch you want to View.



Step 3. Click the Pencil icon to open the record.  


Step 4. Click the Detail Tab.



 Step 5. Click the Zip File hyperlink to download the complete zip file. 


 



Update Fulfillment Status


This capability retrieves the updated fulfillment status and is used to check the status of the Batch.


Step 1. Navigate to Process > Manage Fulfillment Batch.

 

Step 2. Use the Search Filters to locate the Batch you want to Update.



Step 3. Click the Pencil icon to open the record.  


Step 4. Click the Detail Tab.



 Step 5. Click the Update Status button at the bottom of the page.
