An eBlast template is a pre-designed layout that allows your message to be formatted to a predetermined standard, adding consistency and professionalism to your communications and improving the ease and efficiency of frequently sent updates. 


Create a New eBlast Template


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Communications > eBlasts > Setup > Manage eBlast Template.


Step 2. Select Add eBlast Template from the Page Actions drop down menu. 


Step 3. Enter a Title for the template and type the message in the lower pane. 


NOTE- Templates can be created using the text editor below, or by copying and pasting from Word or other text programs.



Step 4. Click the Save button to finalize, or the Save Add button to add more templates.

 



Edit an eBlast Template


Step 1. Use the Search fields to locate the Template you need to edit. 


Step 2. Click the Pencil icon to open the Template.



Step 3. Make necessary changes to the template. 


Step 4. Click the Save Add button to finalize your changes. 




Delete an eBlast Template


Step 1. Use the Search fields to locate the Template you need to delete. 


Step 2. Click the X icon to delete the Template.
