Use this page to access the log of internally generated email notifications. 



Notifications are automated, internal email messages designed to alert Users to important new activity and updates. The email notification log area allows various users to access system information regarding the sending process of various system notifications. 


This area also allows for users to add notifications for various levels of emails throughout the association. 


Add a New Notification


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Communications > Notifications > Email Notifications Log.


Step 2. Use the Search Filters to find the Notification/s you need to view. 


  • Notification Type- This filters by the main Type of Notification. 

  • Setting Of- This is the area of the system where the Notification is generated, such as, Firm, Association, Resident Request, ARC, or Pass.

  • Email Type- This filters by the exact Notification within the system. 

  • Association- This filters results by Association.

  • Sent- Choose Sent or Not Sent from the drop down menu. 

  • Start Date- Filter results by a date range.

  • End Date- Filter results by a date range.

  • Id- Filter results by the Notification ID#

  • Contains- Enter all or part of a text entry to find corresponding results.


Step 3. Click the Search button to return a list of Notifications.



Step 4. Click the Hourglass icon to view more details.
