Use this page to enter information for the Management Company. 



Overview Tab - Overview Section


Basic account level information about the firm. This is the area where the logo is updated and the merge field list is included.


  • Name - Legal name of the Firm.


  • Language - Default language of how the uManage system displays information.


  • Merge Field List - This is a hyperlink to a list of merge fields available for use in Custom Documents. CLICK HERE for more information. 


  • Password Strength - This checkbox determines the complexity of user passwords when users set up or change their password.


Overview Tab - Logo Section


  • Firm URL - The URL for the Firm.


  • Firm Logo - The logo of the Firm (Note: This is the area to update how the uManage home screen displayed the logo)


  • Upload New Logo- Use this field to upload the Firm Logo.


  • Show Logo Internal - This checkbox will show the attached logo in the top left corner of the uManage page. 



Application Tab


This tab is used to toggle the various applications included within the firm's visible feature of the software.  Use this page to enable/disable various uManage features.  CLICK HERE for more information.




Address Tab


This tab details the address and contact information for the firm. This information is used in various merge fields for owner and vendor mailings. CLICK HERE for more information.


 



Field Labels Tab


Use this Tab to create custom labels that can be used in communications within eUnify. CLICK HERE for more information.


This tab supports the following types of labels:


  • Field Labels- specifies the screen name for the unit lot, section and parcel to conform to your state's naming convention.


  • Account Detail Labels - custom fields that are available at the account level.  These fields display on the Find Account page and  the Account Detail report. If a field requiring a short answer is needed, use the Text fields. Additionally, if only a checkbox for verification is needed, use the Check fields. (Note: These fields must be established prior to running the account detail report for that field information to be displayed)

 

  • Unit Detail Labels - these fields are functionally equivalent to the account detail label fields but reside at the unit, or physical property address, level.


  • Firm Ledgers - uManage supports up to 5 firm ledgers which are used to track owner charges separately.  For example, you can create a separate Fine ledger that contains violation fines.  These ledgers are visible on the Find Account page and on the owner portal (if the Show On Portal box is checked).  Note: Firm Ledgers are available for all associations.  Association ledgers are available for those associations that have the need for additional owner ledgers.




Preferences Tab


The Preferences Tab includes a number of important set up options that will create the default for various areas in uManage. CLICK HERE for more information. 



Billing Tab


This tab indicates the Billing contact information for the firm. A notification email for a specific contact can also be toggled on from this location. CLICK HERE for more information.




Fulfillment Tab


Use this Tab to set Fulfillment defaults when using an integrated mailing service. CLICK HERE for more information.


Fulfillment Section


  • Certified - Check to enable fulfillment processing for certified letters. The specific type of letter (ie Action Type) must also be enabled for fulfillment.


  • First Class - Check to enable fulfillment processing for first class letters. The specific type of letter (ie Action Type) must also be enabled for fulfillment.


  • Return Address Name -  Select how the return address should be specified for documents sent to fulfillment.


NOTE- The Cost column specifies the cost of a one page black and white letter. This is the all-in cost which includes the paper, envelope and postage. Additional costs apply for additional services such as, colored paper or ink, duplex printing or including a return envelope. 


Notification Section


  • Enable Notification - Check to enable notifications related to fulfillment.


  • Fulfillment Email - Specify an email address to receive notifications of fulfillment issues.


  • Notification Threshold - Specify a dollar value that will trigger a notification when your postage account balance falls below this value.


  • Threshold Email - Specify an email address to receive postage balance notifications.




Auto Notes when producing letters it triggers if a note is generated on the account. YES/NO is note created. System note, not customizable. 


uManage can automatically create account notes as a result of a variety of actions. These settings control which actions create these account notes. CLICK HERE for more information.




Mobile App Tab


This tab indicates the mobile application syncing process and the Version that the firm is currently operating on. CLICK HERE for more information. 



Reporting Tab


uManage allows for customization of the reports by specifying the font and colors for the report sections as well as displaying your firm's logo. CLICK HERE for more information.



Branches Tab


Use this Tab to set up the name and contact information of your various office locations. CLICK HERE for more information. 



Templates Tab


 This tab manages the various firm-level templates. CLICK HERE for more information.




Integration Tab


Use this Tab to view information regarding all integrated software and integrated 


NOTE- If Quickbooks Online is integrated, select the Sync with QB Online option to run the integration immediately.





AppLega Tab


This tab details the integration with the Applega account.
