Use this page to create and manage Reservations.



A reservation is a homeowner-initiated request to utilize a facility within an association such as the pool or a community space. 


Create a New Reservation


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Function Reservations > Manage Reservations.


Step 2. Select the correct Association and Facility from the drop down menus. 



Step 3. Select Add Reservation from the Page Action dropdown menu. 


Step 4. Complete the fields in the Reservation window. 


  • Resource Title - This is the resource that is being reserved (Facility/Rooms/Assets)

  • Reservation Holder - Select the Owner requesting the reservation. 

  • Date - The date of reservation. 

  • Start Time - The start time of the reservation.

  • End Time - The end time of the reservation. 

  • Document - Upload any additional documentation needed for the reservation.


Step 5. Click the Save Add button to finalize the reservation.
