Association > Setup > Copy Association
Use this page to copy association settings to a newly created association.
Step 1. Navigate to Association > Setup > Copy Association.
Step 2. Check the boxes for all the settings you want to copy.
ARC, Violation and Work Order Types- Types are established to allow quick entry of Violations, ARC’s and Work Orders by selecting a pre-established category from a drop down menu, for example, some Violation Types might be; Landscaping, Debris, Repairs etc…

ARC, Violation, Work Order, Task and Board Task Notifications- These are pre-established email notifications sent out when specific steps or stages in a process occur.

Violation and Work Order Locations - These are pre-established locations on the property to allow for better description of a Violation or Work Order, such as SE side, Back Yard, Front Easement etc…

ARC Preferences- This information is copied from the Preferences section of the Association - ARC Tab. CLICK HERE for more information.
Adjustment/NSF Settings- These are the internal settings used by the system when an NSF or move payment is processed.

Move Payment Intra-Association Setting- This establishes the internal settings used by the System when a payment is moved to a different account within the SAME Association.

Move Payment Inter-Association Setting-This establishes the internal settings used by the System when a payment is moved to a different account in a DIFFERENT Association.

Step 3. Select the To and From Association information.
From Association- Select the Association from which the settings will be copied.
Into Associations- Select the Association(s) into which you will copy settings. Use the up arrow to move the Association from the All Associations pane, to the Into Associations pane.
Association Type- Select a Type from the drop down menu to limit results by Type.
All Associations- Select Associations from this list to the Inot Associations pane.
Step 4. Click the Save button to finalize.
