This page outlines the steps for setting up Resales within uManage.


Activating Resale Orders at Firm Level

In order to utilize the ReSale module in uManage, it has to be activated at the firm level.

1.    Select Firm > Manage Firm.

2.    Click on ReSale tab.3.    Use this page to update the following selections: 

  1. Payment Allowed - Click on the following payment options to be offered to Resale Clients(only click on preferred options):
    1. Credit Card - Resale Client can make payment in advance via credit card on PropDocs site;
    2. Pay Later - Resale Client can make payment at a later date.  Note - Order status will read "Hold" until payment is made by Resale Client or status changed by uManage user.
    3. Pay at Closing - Resale Client can make payment at closing.
  2. Pay Later Instructions - Enter verbiage viewable by Resale Clients on PropDocs when Pay Later option is chosen.
  3. Publish On - Choose from following selections for publishing Resale Order:
    1. Publish when complete - Resale Order published for Resale Client when completed by uManage user.
    2. Publish on due date - Resale Order published for Resale Client on due date.
  4. Notification - Select which uManage users need to be notified for the following:
    1. Resale Order Placed.
    2. Resale Order Published.
    3. Resale Order Updated.
    4. Additional emails can be added as well for each category.
  5. Click Update when completed.

  1. Product Categories - Defines the headings for product groupings when placing a Propdocs order
  2. Products - Defines the specific items to be sold along with their pricing
  3. Sections - Specifies the components that make up a product
  4. Questions - Specifies the questions within a questionnaire
  5. Question Categories - Groups questions within a questionnaire
  6. Association Answers - Association-specific questionnaire answers
  7. Association Files - Association-


The following additional items need to be setup before using Resale module:

1.    Manage Product Category - Setup Product Category(s) on PropDocs.  Click here for instructions. 2.    Manage Product - Setup Product(s) on PropDocs.  Click here for instructions. 

3.    Manage Section - Setup Section(s) on PropDocs.  Click here for instructions. 

4.    Manage Question - Setup Question(s) and/or Sub Question(s) for Questionnaire(s).  Note - Setup only needs need to be completed for Questionnaire(s).  Click here for instructions. 5.    Manage Question Category - Setup Question Category(s) for Questionnaire(s).  Note - Setup only needs need to be completed for Questionnaires.  Click here for instructions. 7. Manage Association Answer - Hardcode Answer(s) for Questionnaire(s) by association. Note - Setup can only be completed for Questionnaires as needed.  Click here for instructions. 

8.    Manage Association Files - Setup Section(s) for individual associations.  Note - Section(s) will not show in Resale Order unless set up here first.  Click here for instructions.
