Use this page to search and view data in various fields to find out which User made recent updates and when it was done. 


NOTE- The Audit Log goes back 90 days. 



Use the search filters to find the information you need to review. 


  • Table- Select a data type from the drop down menu. 

  • Column- Select additional type for the Table selected, for example, if you select “Account” as the Table, you can select Name, Move in date, Unit ID etc… from the Column dropdown menu. This allows you to narrow the search down to just a single field and speed up the search time.

  • Field Name- If you know the exact field name, you can enter it here. 

  • Start/End Date- Enter a date range.

  • Old Value- Enter the original value. This will return a list of changes that included the old value. For example if all you know is the old email address, you can enter it to get more information. 

  • New Value- Enter the new or current information, for example, if you have the new phone number, you can find the old phone number. 

  • Contains- Enter all or part of a field and the system will scan all fields for the information. 

This will return a list of information. In the example below you can see the old email address, and the new email address, who changed it, and the date.
