Firm > Setup > Manage Quick Notes


Use this page to add, edit or delete Quick Notes.




Quick Notes are pre written note templates selected from a dropdown menu to be instantly entered into the Owner’s Account record. They are set up at the Firm level and entered into categories, as needed. 


Create a New Quick Note


Step 1. Navigate to Firm > Setup > Manage Quick Notes.

 

Step 2. Select Add Quick Note from the Page Action drop down menu.


  


Step 3. Complete the Quick Note window. 


  • Title- Enter a Title for the Note.

  • Note- Enter the body of the Note. 

  • NOTE- Additional details can be added when the note is used. 

  • Use in- Select all categories the note should be associated with. 


 


Step 4. Click the Save button to finalize, or the Save Add button to add more Quick Notes.




Edit a Quick Note


Step 1. Navigate to Firm > Setup > Manage Quick Notes.

 

Step 2. Use the Search filters to locate the Quick Note you want to edit. 


  

Step 3. Click the Pencil icon to open the record. 


 


Step 4. Make necessary changes to the Note.

 

Step 5.  Click the Save button to finalize.




Delete a Quick Note


Step 1. Navigate to Firm > Setup > Manage Quick Notes.

 

Step 2. Use the Search filters to locate the Quick Note you want to delete.


  

Step 3. Click the Trash icon to delete the record. 


 


Step 4. Click Confirm when prompted.
