Use this page to track and manage visitors to the community.
The Visitor page is used to track and manage visitors to the community via a manned Gate or Front Desk and the delivery of packages and other items.
Access The Visitor List
Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Gate > Visitors or Activities > Concierge > Visitors.
Step 2. This will act as the dashboard for the Association to track visitors in and out of a community. Scroll through the list on the left side of the page, or use the Contains field to find the name or Unit address of the Owner you're searching for, and click their name to open the record.
Step 3. This will display the name and unit address of the owner as well as the following additional information.

Add Tracking
Use this section to add a tracked item, such as a delivery or package drop off. CLICK HERE to learn more about setting up Tracked Items.
Contact Information
This section will display all contact information for the account. Contact details are added or edited on the Contact Tab of the Account screen. CLICK HERE for more information.
Visitors
This section lists all recorded visitors for the Owner. A new visitor can be added directly from this screen. CLICK HERE for more information.
Tracking
This section lists all previous deliveries or other package drop offs. Additionally, a Tracking pickup can be added directly from this screen. CLICK HERE for more information.
Additionally a signature for the pickup can be obtained by using a compatible Tablet or device.
Vehicles
This section details all vehicles for the Owner. A vehicle can be added from this page, or on the Owner Account Vehicle Tab. CLICK HERE for more information.
Instruction
Use this section to record special instructions for the gate or front desk for a particular Owner.
