Firm > Setup > Manage Account Letter Template


The Account Letter Template page is used to view and edit letter templates created for use in the Custom Letter Workflow and Mass Mailing functions in uManage. These features are used to send communications to Owners that fall outside of the standard Workflows ie; Violations, ARC and Delinquency, and are sent on a one time basis for a specific purpose such as a returned check or to the entire community such as a Newsletter or meeting notice. Templates allow stock information and formatting to be retained and reused for future mailings.




View an Account Letter Template


Step 1. Navigate to Firm > Setup > Manage Account Letter Template

 

Step 2. Enter all or part of the name of the template in the Contains field.

  


Step 3. Click the hyperlink in the Template column to download the document. 


 


Step 4. Open the document on your computer.




Edit a Letter Template


Step 1. Follow Steps 1 through 4 above. 

 

Step 2. Edit the document on your computer and save with a new name. 

  

Step 3. Click the Pencil icon for the letter you edited. 


 


Step 4. Click the Select button to upload the newly edited template. 


 

Step 5. Click the Save button to finalize.




Delete Template


Step 1. Follow Steps 1 through 4 above. 

 

Step 2. Click the Trash icon for the Letter Template you want to delete. 

  

Step 3. Click the Confirm button in the pop up confirmation window.
