Learn how to navigate the uManage mobile application for on-the-go access to tools and information. 


NOTE- This guide is for the uManage application for management company personnel and other authorized users. Owners can access account information via our Community Link application. CLICK HERE for more information.


NOTE- Some features of IOS may not be available to the Android devices and vice versa.


To Access The Mobile Application


Step 1. Download uManage Pro from the Apple App Store.

 

Step 2. Login using the same name and password used to login to uManage on your computer. 

  

Step 3. Select an Association from the front page menu. 


 


Step 4. Click “Done” in the upper right corner. This will take you to the selected Association where you can view pins for open Violations, Work Orders and ARC’s. Each pin type will display in a different color.



Step 5. Menu Icons at the bottom of the screen can also be accessed.

 

 


Menu Icon - This icon displays a List of all Violations, ARCS, and Workorders currently active for this Association 


Filter Icon - This icon allows you to filter the results of the Menu Icon. 


Search Icon - This icon allows you to search the application for a specific Account, Violations, etc....

Locate Icon - This icon allows you to view Board Member information, Tasks or Association Facts. 


Setting Icon - Use this icon to change Settings, highlight Inspection routes, and add Violation Alerts.




Create a New Violation


Step 1. Click the pin for the address where the violation occurred. 


 


Step 2. Click Violation from the menu at the bottom. 


  


Step 3. Click the plus sign in the upper right corner. 


 

Step 4. Select Violation Information from the menu.


NOTE- Sub Type and Location may not be available for all Violation Types depending on options selected by the management company. 


  • Type - Select the main Violation Type.  

  • Sub Type - Select a Violation Sub Type, if applicable. 

  • Location - Select the Violation location, if applicable. 

  • Workflow - Select the correct Violation correspondence from the Workflow list. 


 


Step 5. Add additional information, as needed. 


  • Photo- Click here to add a photo.

    • Camera Roll- Select this option to add a photo from your device. 

    • Take Photo- Select this option to take a photo with your device. 

 

  • Audio- Click here to add an audio recording. 

  • Description- Enter additional details for the Violation. 


Step 6. Click the green Save in the upper right hand corner.
