Use this article to assist in understanding the Community Link Portal
Logging in
The URL for each Community will be different and the Administrators of the site can provide the to Homeowners or use the Pending Member functionality to send a registration email. If homeowners have the URL of the Community, they can also click on the Initial Login to being the registration:

On the Portal:
Once homeowners are logged in, they can begin viewing the Community tabs and activities in the site. Please note, these features are enabled by the Administrators and some may not be available unless first granted.
Homepage: The Homepage will display default area that can be quickly view to assist in providing details to Owners. These Areas will need to be toggled on by the Administrators.

Account Info: This area will be where the Account Related information is displayed. Payments can be made by clicking the PayNow option. If this isn't available, please ensure that option has been provided by the Administrators. There are various Tiles that will display items that are associated with the Account/Unit as well (ARC Plans/Resident Request/Violation/Work Order/etc.) which can be clicked to provide owners more details on that corresponding item in relation to their Account:

Feature tabs: The Tabs on the left will display various features in the Community and provide owners access to view/interact. Click each of the Tabs to view that feature.

- Profile: This is the tab Owners will access to update Username/Password/Communication Preferences
