Use this page as an introduction to the functions and usage of the Board Portal. The Board Portal is a unique area of the community portal specifically designed for members of the board. This area provides access to reports, processes and functions specifically created for board usage.  Note: These areas must be set up and applied to the given communities prior to their usage within the system. 


To access the board portal, log onto your portal account and click on "Board Portal".




This page will allow the following options:

  • Income to budget comparison;
  • Review open violations;
  • Review owner accounts;
  • Export member list to Excel;
  • Create, respond and maintain board discussions;
  • Review community map;
  • Provide feedback to the management company;
  • Review, maintain and/or award RFPs;
  • Review Expense Analyzer;
  • Review and/or complete board tasks;
  • Review, approve and/or deny invoices for payment(click here for instructions);
  • Review board documents;
  • Add, maintain, discuss Resident Requests; or
  • Review board reporting.


Note:  Access, approvals and/or items are maintained by the management company.  Please contact them if you feel you are missing items or access.
