Use this page to complete and/or modify resale orders.  Resale orders originate from the PropDocs site by the resale client(s).  This page produces a PDF file that can be accessed by the resale client(s) after generated in Umanage.  Setup must be completed before completing or modifying orders - click here for instructions.


Access all resale orders on ReSale > Manage Order page.  

This page uses the following search filters: 

  • Association - Search for resale orders across all associations or within an individual association.
  • Start/End Date - Search by order date.
  • Client - Search by resale client.
  • Product - Search by product ordered.
  • Status - Search by resale order status.  Click here for list of resale statuses.
  • Paid - Search by either Paid or Not Paid status.
  • Contains - Searches the Client, Account and Address fields.

Click on Pencil to edit the order.

Overview

When resale order is opened, the following fields are visible: 1. Account Information - Owner/property information.

2.    Overview - This section contains the following fields:

  • Tracking Number - Matches tracking number generated by PropDocs.
  • Client - Resale order client.
  • Order Date - Date that order was placed in PropDocs.
  • Cost - Cost of product order by client.
  • Paid - This box is checked if payment was received via PropDocs. This box can also be checked by user if payment received at closing.
  • Rush -This box is checked if resale client chose "Rush" option when ordering.  Also, included is the price and release date of the rush.
  • Status - Select the current status of the order from the following:
    • Open - Order is open.
    • Approved - Order has been reviewed and is ready to generate.  Note:  Order will generate when saved in this status.
    • Published - Files for order have been generated, and order has been published on PropDocs for resale client.  Client will also receive an email advising order is ready for retrieval.  Note - This status is not visible until files have been generated.
    • Hold - Order is on hold.
    • Cancelled - Order has been cancelled.
    • Generated  - Status created by system when files for order have been generated.  Note - This is status is not visible until files are generated.  User cannot select this status.
  • Publish Due Date - Date resale order is due back to resale client.
  • Link Expire Date - Date resale order link expires.

3.    Product - Product ordered by resale client.

4.    Questionnaire - Questionnaire can be completed if contained in the product chosen by the resale client.

  • Click on link answer questions.
  • Use Order Question page to answer Questions on Questionnaire.    
  • Use Category and/or Expire Option if needed to downs groups of Answers needed.
  • When Questionnaireis completed, place into one of the following statuses:
    • Complete - Questionnaire has been completed and is ready to release to resale client.  Note:  Resale order cannot be published unless questionnaire is in this status.
    • Hold - Questionnaire is not ready to be released to resale client.  
  • Click Save.

5.    Additional Info - Additional Info entered by resale client on New Order page of PropDocs.

6.    File - List of documents and/or files included in product order by resale client.

7.    When completed, click Save.

8.    When resale completed and ready for release, change to to Approved and click Save.

9.    When file has processed, system will automatically update status to Generated

10.  When status reads Generated, change status to Published and click Save.  Note - Resale order will not be available for download on PropDocs until the status reads Published.

  • Date - Date of each status.
  • User - Name of user who changed status.
