Use this page to establish Product(s) on PropDocs.  The Product will display on New Order page of PropDocs in the assigned Product Category.  If no Product Category chosen, Product(s) will display on New Order page of PropDocs unassigned.  Select Resale > Setup > Manage Product.


Adding a new Product

1.    Click Page Actions > Add Product.

2.    When this page is open, the following selections must be updated:



  • Title - Enter title of Product.
  • Category - Assign Product to Product Category.  Note - If Product Category is not chosen, Product will be unassigned on New Order page of PropDocs.
  • State - Default the State(s) this product is available within 
  • Price - Enter price of Product.
  • Order Due Days - Number of days it will take to release resale order to resale client(s).
  • Order Expire Days - Number of days order will be available on PropDocs to resale client(s).
  • Active - Activate Product.  If this option is not clicked, Product will not be visible on New Order page of PropDocs.
  • Description - This is an optional field.  Enter description of Product for resale client(s).

3.    Click Save when completed.


Section

Use this page to add Section(s) to the PropDocs Product.

1.    Click on Section tab.

2.    Choose Product(s) to attach from available list, and click on the arrow to move from the "All Sections" to the "Sections" area to add the Section.



3.    Use side arrows to change order of Section(s). 

4.    Click Save when completed.  Section will now display with Product on PropDocs.
