Sections are the files/documents that make up a Product.  Use this page to attach files/documents for Section(s) to individual associations.  Select Resale > Manage Association Files.


Access all Section(s) on Resale > Manage Association Files.

This page uses the following filters:

  • Association - Search for a specific association.
  • Section - Search by Section.
  • Expire Date - Search by expire date.
  • Contains - Searches the Section and Title fields.


Adding a New Section: 

1.    Choose association.

2.    Click Page Action > Add Document

3.    When this page is open, the following selections must be updated: 

  • Section - Choose Section.
  • Title - Enter name of Section.
  • Expire Option - Choose option for expiration.
  • Effective Date - Choose effective date of Section.
  • Expire Date - Choose expiration date of Section.
  • File Name - Attach document or merge file.




4.    Click Save when completed.  Note - This will need to be completed for each every document/file by association.

ReOrder


To reorder the document files, Click Page Actions > ReOrder to modify sequence of the documents/files attached to Section(s).  

  • Click on document/file.
  • Use arrows on the side to move the document/file to the required position.
  • Click Save when completed.
