Answers are responses to Question(s) that make up Questionnaire(s).  uManage supports hardcoding Answer responses as needed to simplify processing of Questionnaire(s).  Use this page to establish Answer(s).  Select Resale > Manage Association Answer.


Access all Question Category(s) needed on Resale > Manage Association Answer.This page uses the following search filters:

  • Association - Search for Question(s) across all associations or within an individual association.
  • Category - Search by Question Category.
  • Question - Search by Question.
  • Expire Date - Search by expire date.
  • Contains - Searches the Question, Answer, Address and Comment fields.



Overview

1.    Choose Association from search bar.

2.    Choose Question Category from search bar.

3.    Click Add Answer.

  • Question - Choose previously set up Question from drop down menu.
  • Expire Option - Use this optionif needed, to set the expiration option for the file/document as follows: 
    • Never Expire - Document/file will never expire.
    • Annually - Document/file will expire on an annual basis.
    • Monthly - Document/file will expire on a monthly basis.
    • Per Order - Document/file will expire per resale order.
    • Quarterly - Document/file will expire on a quarterly basis.
    • Semi-Annually - Document/file will expire on a semi-annual basis.
  • Effective Date - Defaults to today's date unless changed.
  • Expire Date - Set expire date, if needed.
  • Answer - Enter Answer.
  • Comment - Enter comments for Answer, if needed.

3.    Click Save when completed.
