  • We have an account that is populating on C3/portal but not in uManage

            First, ensure this Portal Tier level has not expired/been updated recently. If this may have been an older community, this account may have been linked to the older ID. 


  • Do Delinquent Accounts from C3 display on the portal?

            The Delinquent accounts will not display their Account Transactions/Status on the portal. On Current status accounts               will have these details visible. Here is what we return from C3:
