Learn how to update or edit a Homeowner or Contact mailing address.
Activities > Find Account
Step 1. Navigate to Activities >Find Account, or from the Dashboard on the Home Page, go to the Find Account window.
Step 2. Enter search criteria to locate the account you wish to update and click the Search button to return the record.
Step 3. Select the Contacts Tab from the page menu.
Step 4. Click the Pencil icon to edit the record.
NOTE- If more than one name is returned, make sure you have chosen the correct name to update.
Step 5. Make the requested changes to the Mailing Address portion of the record.
Step 6. Click Save to update the record.
To Keep a Record of Address Changes
Use these steps to make changes to the mailing address while maintaining the old addresses for future reference.
Step 1. - Step 3. - Follow the same steps as above.
Step 4. Click the Copy icon.
Step 5. Click Set Primary to change the Primary Record to the new copy.
Step 6. Click the Pencil icon on the new Primary Record to edit the record.
Step 7. Make the requested changes to the Mailing Address portion of the record.
Step 8. Click Save to update the record.
