Use this Tab to set up Task and Board Task Notifications and set Task defaults



Task Notifications Section


For each of the Task stages below, select the Users to receive email notifications. 


  • Task Created

  • Task Assigned

  • Task in Progress

  • Task Completed

  • Task Waiting On

  • Task Deferred 

  • # days without being completed- Enter a # of Days and a time for the notification.

  • Task Note Added

  • Task Discussion Added/Updated




Board Task Notifications Section


  • Board Task Created

  • Board Task Assigned

  • Board Task in Progress

  • Board Task Completed

  • Board Task Waiting On

  • Board Task Deferred

  • # days without being completed- Enter a # of Days and a time for the notification.

  • Board Task Note Added

  • Board Task Discussion Added/Updated




Board Task Default Values Section


  • Portal Due Date Default- Select the Due Date default from the drop down menu. 

  • Portal Completion Date Default- Select the Completion date default from the drop down menu. 

  • Portal Priority Default- Select the Priority default drop down menu. 

  • Portal Status Default- Select the Status default from the drop down menu.
