Association > Manage Associations - Workflow Tab


Use this Tab to assign Firm Level Workflows to the Association. 



A Workflow is a sequence of actions established to automate procedures. Workflows are set up at the Firm Level and then assigned to the Association based on their particular requirements.


Workflows are used to manage the following processes:


Violations

Delinquencies

Architectural Requests (ARC)

Custom Letter


NOTE- Before assigning a Workflow to the Association, it must first be set up. If this has not yet been done, CLICK HERE for more information. 



Assign Workflows


Step 1. Navigate to Association > Manage Association.


Step 2. Click the Pencil icon for the Association you’re working on. 


Step 3.  Click the Workflow Tab.


Step 4. Click the Pencil icon next to the Matter Type you want to assign. 



Step 5. Assign the correct Workflow from the drop down menu. 



Step 6. Click the Save button to finalize.
