eUnify makes it easy to suspend Late Fees (or any recurring charge) directly from an Owner’s Account page. The suspend feature allows the Recurring Charge to be turned off on a particular account for a set period of time. This is useful when a home may be selling, the Owner enters into a Payment Plan, an Owner has petitioned the Board for a waiver, and many other situations.
To get started, follow these steps below.
Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Find Account, or use the Search block on the Dashboard to open the Owner Account.
Step 2. Click on the Recurring Charges Tab.
Step 3. From the list of Recurring Charges, locate the type of charge you want to suspend and click the Pencil Icon.
Step 4. Enter a date to suspend the charge through.
Step 5. Click the Save button to finalize.
