Activities > Tracked Items > Setup > Manage Tracked Item Type


Use this page to create and manage Types for tracked items.


This option can be used to track and manage packages and deliveries to Owners, as well as managing other Association features that are assigned to particular users, such as Parking Spots, Storage Units or Pool Lockers. 


Create a New Tracked Item Type


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Tracked Items > Setup > Manage Tracked Item Type.


Step 2. Select Add Tracked Item Type from the Page Actions dropdown menu.



Step 3. Complete the Tracked Item Type fields. 


  • Title- Enter a Title for this category of Tracked Item.

  • Show on Mobile App- Check this box to show this Type on the Mobile App.

  • Input As- Select the correct format from the drop down menu.


Step 4. Click the Save button to add the new Type.
