The Facts feature allows communities to post the answers to common questions so Owners can quickly access important information on the Mobile App.
Fact Responses are answers to Fact Questions that allow Owners to easily access important information about their community. Questions and responses can be customized to accommodate Association requirements.
Add Individual Fact Responses to Fact Questions
Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Fact > Manage Fact Responses.
Step 2. Click the Add Response button on the right hand side of the page.
Step 3. Complete the Add Fact Response window.
Association - Choose the correct Association from the dropdown menu.
Fact - Choose the Fact Question to answer.
Answer - Answer Fact Question.
Show on Portal - Check this box to allow the Fact Response to be accessible on the Association Portal
NOTE- This feature is not yet available, however checking this box will make the information available when the feature is activated.
Step 4. Click the Save button to finalize.
