Use this page to create Customized Fields to be utilized as needed. 



Field Labels can be added to create additional customized fields to meet the special needs of a community. 


Add and Enable Field Labels


Field Labels Section


Use this Section to create custom labels for Lot, Section and Parcel, if needed. 



Once created and enabled, these fields are found on the owner account page, Unit Information Section. 



Account Detail Labels


Use this section to create custom fields to add additional details to an Owner Account. 

Once created and enabled, these fields are found on the owner account page, Account Detail Section. 



Firm Ledgers


Use this section to add additional ledgers to Owner accounts as a way to separate and organize various charges. For more information about creating and using ledgers, CLICK HERE.


Unit Detail Labels


Use this section to create custom fields for lot types. These fields can be used to customize various billings, mailings and reporting. 

Once created and enabled, these fields are found on the owner account page, Unit Detail Section.
