Use this page to enter information for the Management Company. 



Branches Tab


Branches are used to capture the name and contact information of your various office locations.


Step 1. Click Add MgmtCoBranch hyperlink.



Step 2. Complete the fields in the MgmtCoBranch window.


  • MgmtCoBranch- Enter the name of the Branch.


  • Address - Enter Address for Branch.


  • Address2 - Enter additional Address information for Branch.


  • City - Enter the City for the Branch.


  • State - Choose State from the drop down list.


  • Zip - Enter Zip for Branch.  NOTE:  Zip + 4 optional.


  • County - Enter the County for Branch.  NOTE:  This field is optional.


  • Phone Number - Enter the Phone Number for the Branch



Step 3. Click the Save button when completed.

To add a specific contact person for the branch, complete the fields below.
