Access the Knowledge Base
Easily access the Knowledge Base from within uManage by clicking the Help Tab on the left hand side of any main page.
This will open a new window with information and links to useful articles about the page you are currently viewing, as well as a link to the full catalog of articles.
To access the Knowledge Base, click the button in the center of the page.
Navigate the Knowledge Base
From the main page you can scroll through a list of categories and articles to locate the information you need. Click on the name of the article to open it.
You can also locate articles using the search field at the top of the page.
Once you’ve opened an article you can easily print it by clicking the icon on the right hand side.
To the right of the article text is a list of links to related articles.
