Use this page to create and manage Tracking Types,


This option can be used to track and manage packages and deliveries to Owners via a gate or front desk. 


Add a New Tracking Type


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Concierge > Setup > Manage Tracking Type.


Step 2. Select Add Type from the Page Actions dropdown menu.



Step 3. Complete the Tracking Type fields. 


  • Title- Enter a Title for the Tracking Type.

  • Package Carrier- Select the correct delivery carrier from the drop down menu. 

  • Force Unique Tracking Number- Check this box to make sure a unique tracking number is entered. 


Step 4. Click the Save button to add the new Type.
