Use this page to view and manage responses to Feedback questions.




Feedback from Boards is a helpful tool for Management Companies. Feedback questions are available to Board members on the Portal CLICK HERE for more informationResponses to those questions can then be viewed and analyzed within uManage on this page. 


To View Feedback Responses


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Feedback > Manage Feedback Response.


Step 2. Use the filters to find the responses you need to view. 


  • Association- Filters by Association. Use this to see all responses for a particular Association.

  • Manager- Filters by Manager. Use this to see all responses (even over multiple Associations) for a particular manager. 

  • Category- Use this to filter by question category. 

  • Start Date- Use this to filter by a Date range. 

  • End Date- Use this to filter by a Date range. 

  • Response- Filter by response number. (use sliders to create a range)

  • Response Change- Filter by the amount of change from a previous response. (use sliders to create a range)

  • Contains- Use this filter to limit to all or part of a text entry.



Step 3. Click the Search button to return a list of responses.
