Save time by importing Resident Information to multiple accounts using the Import v2 feature. This can be used to add information about Owner Pets, Vehicles and Visitors collected at neighborhood meetings and other gatherings without the need to enter information into each account.
Step 1. Navigate to Administration > Import v2.
Step 2. Select Pets from the Choose Entity drop down menu.
NOTE- For this example we are uploading Pet information, but you can also upload Vehicle and Visitor information.
Step 3. Click the Download Template hyperlink. This step will download a blank template with all available fields.
Step 4. Add data to your spreadsheet.
NOTE- Headers bolded in blue are required fields.
NOTE- Click on the Header to get more information about requirements for the field. For example, PetType is limited to Bird, Cat, Dog, Fish, Reptile, Other and Small Animal.
Step 5. Click the Add Import button on the right hand side to open the Import Data window.
Step 6. Copy your data, including the Headers, and paste into the Import from Excel window.
Step 7. Click the Save button.
Step 8. When the import is complete you will receive the following message.
