Use this tab to schedule a reservation on the community portal. 



Residents in communities with shared resources such as a ClubHouse, Rec Room or Tennis Courts, may have the option to reserve the facilities for private use. The Reservation Tab on the Portal automates this process. From the Portal a Resident can view the calendar to see what time slots are available and once a Reservation is approved it will be visible on the calendar. 


NOTE - If you do not see this Tab, your Association has not activated this feature. Contact your Management Company for more information. 


Add a Reservation


Step 1. Login to the Community Portal.


Step 2. Click the Reservation Tab on the left side of the page. 

 


Step 3. Select the Resource you want to reserve from the list on the left.

 


Step 4. A calendar will appear with any existing reservations noted. 



Step 5. Click on the calendar in the time slot you want to reserve. 

 

Step 6. Complete the Add New Reservation window. 


General Tab


  • Resource Title- This field will default from the calendar selected. 

  • Title- Enter a title for the Reservation.

  • Reservation Holder- This will default to the name of the Resident Login.

  • Date- Defaults to the date selected, but can be changed from the drop down menu. 

  • Start Time- Defaults to the time selected, but can be changed from the clock icon. 

  • End Time- Defaults to the time selected, but can be changed from the clock icon. 

  • Is Active- This field is for administrative use and will be checked when the reservation is fully approved and active. 

  • Is Approved- This field is for administrative use and will be checked when the reservation is fully approved. 

Recurrence Tab


Use the Recurrence Tab if you want to reserve the same resource on a recurring basis. Check the box to open the additional fields below. 



Deposit and Fee Tab - This tab is used to record the details of any required deposit or fees. 


Deposit and Fee Tab - Deposit Section


  • Paid Date- Enter the date payment was received. 

  • Amount- Enter the amount received. 

  • Source- Select a payment source from the drop down menu. 

  • Reference- Enter the reference number for the payment. 

  • Member- Select the Owner from the drop down menu. 

  • Refund Date- Select the date the deposit was refunded from the calendar. 

  • Refund Amount- Enter the amount of the refund. 


Deposit and Fee Tab - Fee Section

Step 7. Click the Save button to finalize the Reservation.
