Learn how to Create and Update Work Order Details in the uManagePro Mobile App. 


Work Orders are created for work required in common areas, or common buildings or assets, such as exterior fencing, pools, clubhouses etc…. 


Create a New Work Order


Step 1. Locate the related Common Area or Association Asset, using the Map or the Account Search/Filter options.


Step 2. Click the WO (Work Order) icon at the bottom of the screen. 



Step 3. Click the green button with a plus sign in the upper right corner. 



Step 4. Choose the Work Order Type from the pop up menu. 


Step 5. Choose the Work Order SubType from the pop up menu, if applicable. 


Step 6. Choose the Work Order Location from the pop up menu. 


Step 7. Select a Vendor to complete the WorkOrder from the menu. 


Step 8. Add additional information, as needed. 


  • Blue Camera Icon- Use this icon to take a picture using the camera on your device. 

  • Blue Camera Icon- Use this icon to add a picture stored on your device.

  • Audio Icon- Use this icon to add an audio recording. 

  • Note Pad- Enter additional details of the violation. 


Step 9. Click the green Save button in the upper right hand corner to finalize the Work Order. 



Step 10. Click the Save button to finalize the Work Order.


The new Work Order information will now be displayed on the Mobile App.


Add a Note


Step 1. Access the Work Order you need to edit. 

Step 2.  Click the Notes icon at the bottom.



Step 3. Enter a Note or select a Quick Note from the drop down menu. 



Step 4.  Click the Save button to complete. 


Closing/Completing the Work Order


Step 1. Access the WO tab on the corresponding account.

Step 2. Locate the Work Order to Close. 

Step 3. Click on the Close button.

 


Step 4. Click YES on the confirmation prompt.


The information below will then be displayed for the closed Work Order.
