eUnify is excited to show off our new user interface with a streamlined look and lots of new features. One of them is our new Dashboard with an updated appearance, and better tools for customization.
Just like the original interface, your user Dashboard contains several Blocks that display important information and commonly used functions. When you begin, the Dashboard defaults to the arrangement below, but you can easily add, delete and rearrange them to suit your preferences.
Search- This Block allows you to quickly and easily search for any Homeowner Account using a variety of search criteria. CLICK HERE for more information.
Account Summary- This Block provides a quick summary of all new accounts added to your assigned communities within the last month and last year.
Executive Summary- This Block details all action items for your communities. Below the main summary are additional charts that add further detail for each type of action item.
Last Accessed Accounts- This Block displays Owner Accounts you have most recently accessed. This function allows you to bypass the search window to more quickly open accounts you are working on.
My Tasks- This Block displays a summary of all open Tasks for your assigned communities. CLICK HERE for more information.
Needs Attention- This Block is a summary of all items within the system that are incomplete or require follow up.
My Assigned Items- This Block lists all Tasks and Resident Requests assigned to you.
New Features- This Block includes information from uManage on all enhancements, new features or corrections in each update.
Shift Log- This Block is used for staff members such as Front Desk or Gate personnel to enter notes for important events taking place during a work shift.
Customize your Dashboard
You can customize your Dashboard by deleting Blocks you do not use, or rearranging them to suit your needs.
Step 1. Click on the four box icon in the upper left corner.
Step 2. Select Manage Dashboard from the drop down menu.
Step 3. Make changes in the pop-up window to Delete Blocks or rearrange them.
Delete Blocks- Use the list on the left to delete Blocks or add them back if previously deleted. To delete, simply uncheck the corresponding box.
Rearrange Blocks- To rearrange the Blocks, hover over the Title portion of the Block until your cursor changes to a four-way arrow. Click and hold the left mouse button and move the Block to the selected location. To drop it, release the mouse button.
Step 4. Click the Save button to finalize your changes.
