Association > Manage Associations - Map Tab
Use this Tab to create a community map with locations of each unit.
The Map Tab uses GPS coordinates to create an interactive map of the community. Each Unit is represented by a Pin that can be color coded to represent a variety of statuses. For example, Red pins might indicate an open Violation, which allows inspectors to quickly and easily identify Units that require reinspection.
Step 1. Navigate to Association > Manage Association.
Step 2. Click the Pencil icon for the Association you’re working on.
Step 3. In the Overview Tab-Unit Coordinates Section, click Reset GPS Coordinates. This will update the unit address to the map using information provided by Google Maps.
Step 4. Click the Map tab.
Step 5. On the displayed map, review the Unit addresses for correct placement.
NOTE- If a Unit is incorrectly placed, it can be moved manually, by using your cursor to “grab” the pin and relocating it to the correct location on the map. Once placed in the correct location, the pin can be Locked to avoid accidental movement.
