Association > Manage Associations - Time Budget Tab


Use this Tab to establish budgets for timed billing. 



Use this section in conjunction with the Timed billing feature to establish a budget for stand alone management tasks.  CLICK HERE for more information. Prior to establishing a budget, you will first need to set up the Time Types and Billing Rates. 


  • Time Types - Time Types are used to define categories of billable time. CLICK HERE for more information regarding how to set up Time Types. 


  • Billing Rates - Billing rates are used to calculate an invoice for billable time. CLICK HERE for more information regarding how to set up Billing Rates. 



Add/Edit Association TIme Type Budget


Step 1. Navigate to Association > Manage Associations. 


Step 2. Click the Pencil icon for the Association you’re working with.

 

Step 3. Click the Time Budget Tab

Step 4. Select the Time Type for the budget you want to create. 

Step 5.  Enter an amount for the budget in the Add/Edit Association Time Type Budget window.  

Step 6. Click the Save button to finalize.
