Activities > Concierge > Setup > Manage Instruction Type


Instructions are used as part of the Concierge function to provide important information about Owners for concierge Users. Instructions are prominently displayed when an account is pulled up and can remain visible indefinitely or a cancel date can be added. 


Instruction Types are used to categorize instructions for more efficient management. 



Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Concierge > Setup > Manage Instruction Type.


Step 2. Select Add Type from the Page Actions drop down menu. 



Step 3. Enter a name for the Type and check the box if you do not want this Instruction to appear on the portal. 



Step 4. Click the Save button.
