Activities > Concierge > Manage Instruction 


Use this page to manage and add instructions.



Instructions are used by Residents to communicate with Desk or Gate personnel about important issues related to Visitors, deliveries and more. 


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Concierge > Manage Instruction.


Step 2. Select Add Instruction from the Page Actions drop down menu. 



Step 3. Complete the General window. 


  • Association- Select the Association from the drop down menu.

  • Account- Select the Owner account from the drop down menu.

  • Type- Select the Instruction Type from the drop down menu. 

NOTE- Instructions Types must be set up before using this feature.

  • Never Expire- Check if this Instruction remains permanent.

  • Display ThruDate- Select a date for the Instruction to expire. 

  • Description- Enter a description for the Instruction.



Step 4. Click the Save button to finalize, or the Save Add button to add more records.
