Did you know that eUnify offers an internal Vendor review feature? With this helpful tool managers can quickly compare ratings to find Vendors they can rely upon to perform good work. This helps keep Boards happy and reflects positively on the Management company.
This function allows managers to see vendor reviews and comments across all managed communities.
Step 1. Navigate to Firm > Manage Vendor or Accounting > A/P > Manage Vendor
Step 2. Use the Search filters to locate a list of Vendors that might meet your needs.
Branch- If your company uses Branches, you can use this filter to locate vendors in the correct region.
Association- Use this filter to locate vendors by Association or Association Group.
Category- Use this filter to locate vendors of a particular type, such as, landscaping, plumbing, gate installation, pool maintenance etc… CLICK HERE to learn more.
Work Order Type- This filter locates vendors by the Work Order type, and although similar to the Category, this field will only locate Vendors linked to the Work Order function. CLICK HERE to learn more.
Status- Select Active, Inactive or Hold from the drop down menu, or skip this field to return a list in all statuses.
Contains- Enter all or part of a field to find records that match.
Step 3. The list below includes all Vendors in the landscaping category across all Associations. The column on the right displays the cumulative reviews for each vendor.
Step 4. To see additional details and comments, click on the hyperlink on the right.
Step 5. The Review information on the right provides additional details.
User Name- This is the name of the person who entered the review. This is helpful if you want to obtain further details from a Manager who previously used this vendor.
Rating- This displays the rating given by the manager.
Comment- The comment field displays additional information about the rating. If the comment is lengthy, you can click the Pencil icon to see the entire comment.
Date- This is the date of the review.
