Use this Tab to view and manage Violations on the Owner’s record. 


To Add a Violation


Violations can be added directly from the Owner’s Account page. 


Step 1. Locate the Owner Account you need to work with using the Account Search feature on the Dashboard, or via Activities > Find Account


Step 2. Click the Violations Tab. 


Step 3. Click the Add Violation hyperlink. 



Step 4. Complete the Violation window. CLICK HERE for more information. 



View Details


To view additional details about the Violation, click the Magnifying Glass icon. 



This will display the following information. 






Edit a Violation


From the Details Tab, click the Edit Violation hyperlink. 




Actions Tab


The Actions Tab lists the status of each violation and all actions that have been taken for the violation. 






Notes Tab


The Notes Tab lists all notes related to Violations on the account. When actions are taken, automated notes are generated. You can also add a manual note from this Tab. 


  • Trashcan icon- Click this icon to delete a note. 

  • Pencil icon- Click to Edit the note. 

  • Magnifying Glass icon- Click to view the Note. 

  • Id- Account Id, this field will default. 

  • Email- This column indicates if there is an email associated with the Note. Click the hyperlink to view the email. 

  • Note Type- Lists the Type of Note. 

  • Note Date- Lists the date the Note was generated. 

  • User- The person who entered the Note, or generated the Note with the Action. 

  • Title- The Title of the Note.

  • Description- A brief Description of the Note. 

  • Private- Indicates if the Note is private or available to be viewed by all Users. 





Documents Tab


This Tab lists all uploaded documents related to a Violation, and allows documents to be uploaded. 



Add a Document


To upload a document, click the Add Document hyperlink and complete the following fields. 


  • Title- Enter a Title for the Document. 

  • File Name- Use the Select button to locate the document from your computer. The File Name will automatically populate from the file. 

  • Date- The date will default to today’s date, use the drop down calendar to change the date. 

  • Notes- Add Notes to the document, if needed. 


Click the Save button when completed.
