Avoid costly mistakes for your communities by setting a deadline to automatically approve ARC requests. It's easy and only takes a few minutes.
This option allows each Association to schedule a deadline date to automatically approve an ARC request when State Laws or Governing Documents require it. This way the Association can be certain that important deadlines are not missed.
Set Up an ARC Deadline
Step 1. Navigate to Association > Manage Association.
Step 2. Click the pencil icon for the Association you need to edit.
Step 3. Click the ARC Tab.
Step 4. Complete the following fields in the Preferences section.
Default Final Resolution Days- Enter the number of days, after which the request should be auto-approved.
Enable Auto Final Resolution- Check to enable automatic resolution.
Default Final Action- Select the correct resolution action from the drop down menu.
Step 5. Click the Save button to finalize.
