Use this Tab to review Account and Unit details.
Summary of Account Details
The information at the top of the page allows the User to view important details at a glance. This information will appear at the top of all Tabs.
Id- The internal Identification number associated with the account.
Association- The name of the Association- this is a hyperlink that can be clicked for additional information.
Section- Displays the section within the community, if this feature is used.
Account- The name on the account.
Address- The Unit address within the community.
File No- If used, this will display a previous account number.
Lot- The Lot number of the Unit.
Unit Type- Displays the Type of Unit.
Ownership- Current or Former is displayed.
Deli Status- Shows the Delinquency Status of the Account.
VIO- Indicates the number of Violations and Open Violations.
WO- Indicates the number of Work Orders and Open Work Orders.
ARC-Indicates the number of Architectural Requests and Open Requests.
Deli- Indicates the number of Delinquencies and Open Delinquencies.
Balance Today- This displays the Balance due for today’s date. This balance will note include future charges that have been posted to the account but are not yet due. Clicking the amount hyperlink will open the Transaction Tab to view additional information.
Balance- This displays the total balance of all open charges on the account, including charges that may not yet be due. Clicking the amount hyperlink will open the Transaction Tab to view additional information.
Account Info Tab - Account Overview Section
This section details basic information about the Owner of the property.
Name- The Owner’s name.
Association- This information will default from the account selected and cannot be edited.
Account Id- This is an internally assigned number and cannot be edited.
Firm File No- This is an assigned File No. that can be used to reference the account number used by a prior management company. This allows the account to be located if the old number is referenced.
Former Owner- This field lists the prior owner, if applicable.
Managed By- Select Owner, Internal or 3rd Party from the drop down menu, if applicable.
Bankruptcy- This box will be checked if the Owner has been designated as being in Bankruptcy.
Board Member- This box will be checked if the Owner is a Board Member.
ARC Member- This box will be checked if the Owner is a member of the ARC Committee.
ARC Chairman- This box will be checked if the Owner is the ARC Chairman.
Include in Directory- This box will be checked if the Owner has elected to have his information published to the member directory.
Move-in Date- This is the Move-in of the current Owner.
Notification Language- Select the Owner’s designated language to receive notifications, if other than English.
Account Info Tab - Related Accounts Section
This section lists all previous owners of the Unit. Click the Magnifying Glass icon to view detailed information.
Account Info Tab - Advanced Information Section
Account Id- Internal ID number.
Association Id- Internal number assigned to the Association.
MgmtCoId- Internal number assigned to the Management Company.
PM Account Id- This field is used when integrating with 3rd party software. This field will automatically populate, if needed.
Bank Account Id- This field is used by an integrated bank and will automatically populate, if needed.
Created- The date the Account was created.
Portal Id- The Portal ID for the Owner.
Status- The Status of the Owner’s Portal account.
Portal- This is a link to the Owner’s Portal Account.
Member of- This lists all Groups the owner is a member of. CLICK HERE for more information about Groups.
Account Info Tab - Contact Info Section
This section includes contact information for the Owner.
This information can be edited by selecting the Edit Account hyperlink.
Then selecting the Contacts Tab.
Or click on the Contacts Tab at the top of the Find Account information.
Account Info Tab - Unit Information Section
This section includes detailed information about the Unit. This information can be edited on the Manage Unit page. CLICK HERE for more information.
Section- Indicates the section of the property, if applicable.
Address/City/State/Zip/Country- The full address of the Unit.
Lot Section Parcel- Details the Lot information.
Building/Floor/Tier- Indicates building information, if applicable.
Unit Type- The Type of Unit, such as, Single Family, Townhouse, Commercial, etc…
Key Number- The key number for the Unit, if applicable.
Assessor URL- The website URL of the County Tax Assessor for the community.
Legal Description- The legal description per the County Tax Assessor.
Account Info Tab - EStatement Section
This section will indicate if the Owner has elected to receive Statements via email. This information can be updated by click the Edit Account hyperlink, or Owners can update this information on the Portal.
Account Info Tab - Direct Debit
This section will indicate if the Owner has set up Direct Debit and detail the banking information.
Account Info Tab - Account Detail Section
This section includes Details set up as Custom Fields for the Association. CLICK HERE for more information on how to set up and use Field Labels.
Account Info Tab - Unit Detail Section
This section includes Details set up as Custom Fields for the Association. CLICK HERE for more information on how to set up and use Field Labels.
Account Info Tab - Picture Section
If a photo has been uploaded for the Owner, this is where it will appear.
Account Info Tab - AR Processing
This section details billing information for the account.

Click the Edit Account hyperlink to edit details of the Account.
Account Info Tab - Additional Tabs
The following Tabs provide additional Account information.
NOTE- Many of the features below are customized selections and may not be available to your Firm. Please contact your Administrator if you need access to additional Tab features.
Transactions- This Tab details all transactions on the Account as well as access to additional functions.
Recurring Charges- This Tab lists all Recurring Charges currently set up to be run on this account.
Delinquency- This Tab provides information about the Delinquency status of the account and allows the status to be changed.
Violations- This Tab includes information regarding all current and past property violations.
Work Orders- This Tab includes information regarding all current and past Work Orders submitted by this owner.
ARC- This Tab includes information regarding all current and past Architectural (ARC) Requests.
Resident Requests- This Tab includes information regarding all current and past Resident Requests submitted by this Owner.
Bankruptcy- This Tab will indicate if the Account is in Bankruptcy and include additional filing information.
Tasks- This Tab lists all Tasks associated with the Account.
Concierge- This Tab lists all items tracked by the Concierge service for this Account.
Reservation- This Tab lists all Reservations of Community Facilities for the Owner.
Insurance- This Tab allows the Management Company to add details of the Owner’s insurance policies.
Pets- This Tab is used to view and manage Pets for this Owner.
Passes- This Tab is used to track all Passes issued for this Account.
Visitors- This Tab lists information regarding Visitors for this Owner.
Vehicles- Use this Tab to view all Vehicles associated with this Account.
Account Ledger- This Tab is used to view Account transactions for those Management Companies that use a 3rd party Accounting software or service. Transactions are also viewable on the Community Portal.
Contacts- Use this Tab to view and manage all Contacts associated with this Account.
Notes- Use this Tab to view and manage all Notes on the Account.
Documents- This Tab allows you to view and manage Documents related to the Account or Unit.
Phones- This Tab lists phone calls related to this account when an integrated phone service is used.
Custom Letters- View and manage Custom Letters sent to the Owner.
Email Log- Use this Tab to view and manage emails sent to the Owner through the system.
Attorney- View and manage the collection status and steps taken by the 3rd party legal service, Applega.
Tracked Items- Track items assigned to the Owner such as Key Fobs, Gate Cards, Parking Spaces etc…
