Use this page to view and manage incoming Tracked Items.
The Concierge function allows the Community to manage and track incoming packages and other delivered items. The Concierge function can be accessed via the Owner Account, or on the Manage Tracking page. CLICK HERE for more information.
Add a Tracked Item
Step 1. Locate the Owner Account you need to work with using the Account Search feature on the Dashboard, or via Activities > Find Account.
Step 2. Click the Concierge Tab.
Step 3. Click the Add Tracking hyperlink.
Step 4. Complete the fields in the Tracking window.
Association- This information will default, please check for accuracy.
Account- This information will default, please check for accuracy.
Contact- This information will default, please check for accuracy.
Title- Enter a Title for the Tracked Item.
Type- Select the Type of Tracked Item from the drop down menu.
Description- Enter a Description for the Tracked Item.
Step 5. Click the Save button to finalize.
